Arrival
The event will take place at the Stafford Pavillion Located in Liberty Independent Troop Park in Hinesville with adjacent basketball courts, playground, swimming pool(summer only), football field, walking track, baseball fields, and skate park. The pavillion features AC/heat, picnic table seating for 80 inside with additional outdoor seating, restrooms, kitchen, and 2 large charcoal grills.
Upon arrival the first 50 guest will receive a tote bag with a envelope containing my business card and brochure, a separate envelope containing the brochures of the vendors at the event, a small snack with custom made label, a tissue pack also with custom made label, a bottle of water, a pen and a notepad. All other guest arriving within the first hour will receive a small shopping bag with the promotional material only. I will be at the entrance receiving the guest and giving to each one their bag and a list of vendors with their contact information. Also next to the entrance, guest will be able to purchase raffle tickets for the Chinese auction. A guest book will be available at the entrance for those that wish to provide their contact information.
