Atmosphere
Vendors will be encourage to set up their booths to showcase their services in the best possible way.
As a way of showcasing YDD's services, the entrance and 2 photo spots will be decorated in different ways. The entrance will have a rustic theme. The first photo spot will be directed to wedding clientele and will have a fantasy theme. The second photo spot will be directed for birthday clientele and will showcase a Frozen inspired theme. At this area there will be a table set up to match the theme and the children will receive a snowflake wand and/or an olaf party hat.
A Chinese aution will be conducted to raise funds for Children of Fallen Soldiers with prizes from most of the vendors. Ydd's prize for the auction will be a free DIY class of their choice.
When signing the guest book at the entrance guest will be entered into the main giveaway of the day that will include from YDD a "Dawn Dreams Package" and different prizes from other vendors.
