Yeliash's Dream Designs will host an event on December 5, 2015. The event will be held at Stafford Pavilion located in Hinesville, GA. The event will begin at 10:00am and end at 2:00pm. I will greet guests at the entrance that has been decorated by YDD and have them fill out their information on a guest book if they so wish to be able to participate in the main giveaway. Guest will then proceed to the tables of the local vendors where they have set up their displays. Some of the vendors will be providing samples and additional giveaways. There will be two photo booths set up by YDD to showcase some of our available services. At 11:30am the lunch area will be opened and for the cost of $5.00 guests will be able to gain access to the hotdog and burger table that will also be decorated by YDD. Adjacent to the lunch area will be a popcorn bar at no cost to the guests, but will also open at 11:30am. Guest may retire to the tables outside to enjoy their lunch and play some lawn games. Through the event, attendees, will be able to drop their raffle tickets in their prize of choice for the Chinese auction which will be held at 1:30pm. After the event has concluded, I will send the money collected from the Chinese auction to “Children of Fallen Soldiers” and post a receipt of the donation on the website and Facebook page to show our commitment to helping others.
Yeliash's Dream Designs will work to become one of the best wedding and event planning business in Georgia. Helping the community and providing excellent services are our top priority. No matter the type and size of the event, we will do our best in every one of them. Lastly, we will maintain good interpersonal relationships with all vendors and clients so that they all feel appreciated and content.
